Write to hello@zeitlos.care. Email is the only way to contact us: we do not have a phone number, contact form, or mailing address for visitors, and the site has no comments section.
What you can write to us about
- Corrections: include the page address and what looks inaccurate or unclear. See our Editorial Standards.
- Zeitlos Family Care Binder purchases: if a download does not work, you bought twice by mistake, or the files seem defective, include the email address on your Stripe receipt. See our Digital Product Terms.
- Privacy requests: requests to know, delete, or correct information we hold, or questions about our practices. See our Privacy Policy.
- Questions about our tools or printables: for example, how saving or exporting works.
- Permission requests: if you want to use our content in a way our Terms of Use do not already allow.
Helpful details to include
- A short subject line, such as "Correction," "Guide download," or "Privacy request."
- The page address, if your message is about a specific page.
For privacy requests, we may ask a follow-up question to reasonably verify the request before acting on it.
Please do not send sensitive information
Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, medical records, or diagnoses in your email. We cannot see or recover what you type into our free tools, because it stays in your browser on your device.
What we cannot help with
Zeitlos.care is an informational website. We cannot give medical, safety, legal, financial, insurance, or benefits advice, assess a particular home, or recommend local providers. For help finding local aging services, the federal Eldercare Locator (opens in a new tab) connects families to services in their area.
In an emergency, call 911. Our inbox is not monitored for urgent situations.
