After one week, your family will have

  • One list of who to call, with a backup for every main helper
  • A responsibility chart where every task has an owner, including tasks for relatives far away
  • A normal week on one page: errands, rides, meals, visits, and calls
  • A record of where important papers are kept, without sensitive numbers in the binder
  • A plan for sick days and trips, so the usual helper can step away

What is inside

  5. Appointments

Appointment logistics with an example and a follow-up tracker. Logistics only, no health details.

  6. Home Comfort

A room-by-room walk-through, a project planner, and questions for licensed professionals.

  7. Important Information

A document locator that records where papers are kept, never their contents.

Worked examples, not just blank forms

The key pages come with a filled-in example: three siblings dividing tasks for their mother, a typical week, an appointment plan, and a document locator, each with notes on why it works.
