What you are buying
The Zeitlos Family Care Binder is a digital download: a printable PDF binder of 31 pages with a setup plan, worked examples, worksheets, tab labels, and a table of contents, provided in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese versions.
The templates are designed to be printed and filled in by hand. They are not editable form fields. No physical product is shipped.
A free sample is available without giving an email address, so you can see the format before you buy.
Price and payment
The price is the price shown at checkout, in U.S. dollars. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, Inc., which processes your payment. Zeitlos never receives your full card number.
Stripe shares with us your name, email address, the billing details it collects, and the payment status, so we can confirm your purchase and help you if something goes wrong. See our Privacy Policy.
Delivery
- After payment, Stripe sends you to our payment-success page at zeitlos.care/payment-success.
- A Zeitlos server function checks with Stripe that your checkout session was paid for this product.
- Only then does the page show download links for the binder PDFs in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
The same download page works for 30 days from your purchase using your private link. Please download and save the files to your device right away. Keep the private link to yourself.
If anything goes wrong, email hello@zeitlos.care and include the email address on your Stripe receipt so we can find your purchase.
License
When you buy the binder, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use it in your own household.
- You may print unlimited copies for your own household and family.
- You may not resell the binder or any template, redistribute the files, share the files publicly (for example, by posting them online or in a shared drive open to others), or claim the binder as your own work.
The binder remains © 2026 Zeitlos.care. The license does not transfer ownership of the content.
Refunds
Because the binder is a digital download, purchases are generally final once the files have been accessed. However, email us at hello@zeitlos.care within 14 days of purchase if:
- the files are defective,
- the files cannot be downloaded, or
- you purchased by mistake, such as a duplicate purchase.
In those cases, we will fix your access or give you a refund. Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
What the binder is and is not
The binder is an organization tool for households. It is not medical, safety, legal, financial, insurance, or benefits advice, and it is not a home safety assessment. Please avoid writing highly sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, or passwords, on printed pages that others may see. See our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the binder is provided as-is, and the limitations in our Terms of Use apply to it.
Changes and contact
