Which printable fits your need

Your check marks and entries are saved in the browser on the device you are using. They are not sent to Zeitlos and will not appear on another device, so print or download a PDF when you want to share.

Printing tips

  • Paper: standard 8.5 × 11 inch letter paper works for every printable. A slightly heavier paper holds up better on a refrigerator or clipboard.
  • Scale: if text looks small, check that your print settings are at 100% or "actual size," not "fit to page."
  • Page protectors: a clear plastic sleeve keeps a sheet clean and lets you check items off with a dry-erase marker, so one copy can be reused week after week.
  • Clipboards: useful for walk-throughs, when you want to carry the checklist from room to room and write notes in the margins.
  • Binder: keep a master copy of each printable in a household reference binder. See the guide to building a household reference binder.

Where to post them

Put a printable where the people who use it will see it. A weekly planner often works best on the refrigerator or a family communication board. A contact sheet is better inside a kitchen cabinet door, where household members can find it but visitors at the door will not see it. The article on creating a household communication board has more ideas.

Tip: If you are setting these up for an older relative, fill them in together and print in a larger font size. Ask where they would like each sheet posted.
